Ah...I was walking through the Union Square Farmer's Market recently when I noticed all the lovely stalks of new spring Rhubarb...what a lovely sight. This reminded me that jam season is upon us once again!
This year I am going to kick things off with a lovely Rhubarb-Orange Jam/Marmalade. This will be my first marmalade like treat so it should be fun/educational. Pics to come shortly.
