I signed up for the inaugural run of the NYC Half Marathon today. It's going to take place on Aug. 27th. It looks to be an interesting course and who wouldn't want to run all over the street of Manhattan at 7 in the morning on a Sunday in the middle of August when the weather could easily be 97 degrees and 95% humidity! Blah.
The field is being capped at 10,000 runners and it looks like it will fill out very quickly indeed.
